Our partnership with conferenceexpo, started with the brief to create a prescribed format, but premium event. We were aware of conferenceexpo’s unique offering and considering its use in our B2B conferences. We’d also experienced the parent company, Nimlok’s great work for some of our exhibitors at our other events, so new that if we could combine the conferenceexpo format with aspects of the creative and more custom capability used in their mainstream stand business, that they could be the ideal partner.
We were right, they instantly understood what we were trying to achieve and considered every aspect from that of the practical and commercial, to understanding our exhibitors and the fantastic experience we wanted to create for our visitors.
The conferenceexpo team arrived on mass for the first site survey involving from day one the designer, exhibition co-ordinator, lead builder and Project Manager each adding confidence and valuable perspectives to our exciting plans. We felt reassured at every step including a valuable pre build in their production facility that enabled us to test our ideas.
The end result was a stunning stand package built, on time,with no hidden charges or surprises. The onsite team were fantastic and communication with the conferenceexpo team was great. They became an integral part of our team taking on the additional role of managing our exhibitors from the time they signed up.
We’re already looking forward to working with the conferenceexpo team on the next edition of RC which will grow on what has been one of our most successful launches ever.
