We survey your venue checking technical and logistical considerations
We create a floor plan which includes the displays in situ to help plan your event space
We produce personalised marketing documents to display the stand options and bolt-on accessories that your sponsors can choose
We co-ordinate all technical specifications and artwork instructions directly with your sponsors and keep you informed of their submissions
Once artwork is signed off, we print using our dedicated in-house graphics department
Our installation team will set up the stands in advance of your sponsors arrival and then help them connect their laptops and display their literature
Post event, you and your sponsors simply walk away whilst our installation team dismantle and return everything back to Nimlok
