• We survey your venue checking technical and logistical considerations
• We create a floor plan which includes the displays in situ to help plan your event space
• We produce personalised marketing documents to display the stand options and bolt-on accessories that your sponsors can choose
• We co-ordinate all technical specifications and artwork instructions directly with your sponsors and keep you informed of their submissions
• Once artwork is signed off, we print using our dedicated in-house graphics department
• Our installation team will set up the stands in advance of your sponsors arrival and then help them connect their laptops and display their literature
• Post event, you and your sponsors simply walk away whilst our installation team dismantle and return everything back to Nimlok
• We also offer ideas and solutions for branding the venue including signage, graphics and registration counters
